Welcome to The Parents Class, evidence-led antenatal education.
Our unique antenatal classes cover all aspects of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, providing you with the most up-to-date information on topics you need to cover, like birth choices, pain relief options and infant feeding, plus others you may not have thought about yet, such as upright birthing and saving stem cells from your baby’s umbilical cord.
The Parents Class will give you evidence-based answers to questions such as…
What should I include in my birth plan?
When will I know that labour has started?
Should I consider an upright birth?
What are my pain relief options?
How can I be a supportive birth partner?
Should I bank my baby’s stem cells?
How can I meet other expectant parents like me?
How do I care for my baby in their first days and weeks?

The Parents Class courses are always taught by expert, NMC registered midwives, who have current, first-hand experience of supporting thousands of women through their pregnancy, birth and new parenting journeys. You could not be in safer or more qualified hands.
And the antenatal classes themselves are delivered in elegant, relaxed spaces, providing you with a comfortable and stimulating learning environment.
