To complement your antenatal classes we have designed a course handbook, The Parents Guide, that will be posted to you once you have completed your booking with us. The perfect companion to your antenatal course, it includes useful summaries, a list of resources and lots of space to take notes and write down questions.

Your booking also includes a newborn meet-up once you and your course mates’ babies have arrived, so you can reconnect and stay in touch post birth too.
